Residents are allowed to have one common household pet; A dog, cat or a bird. The size of the dog or cat shall be limited to a maximum of twenty (20) pounds. The one exception would be a dog needed as a seeing-eye dog. Only small, quiet birds are allowed. Call for breed restrictions.

The Ashwood Golf Course is open to the public with a variety of memberships to choose from. It is a wonderfully-maintained 27-hole golf course with three unique 9's that wind you through beautiful vistas and scenery unique to California's High Desert.
